  • Initial Briefing
    Before commencement of an assignment, we recognise that it is vital to have a thorough understanding of our clients’ business needs and ensure that we are properly briefed regarding clients’ key management, corporate culture and precise candidate requirements.
  • Recruitment Method
    Following initial briefing, we will recommend the appropriate recruitment method which may include use of our extensive data bank, featuring on our dedicated web-site, advertising in press media or executive search techniques.
  • Selection Process
    We normally aim to present a shortlist of candidates within 24 hours days and frequently more rapidly. Our recommended candidates will have been interviewed in depth before presentation.
  • Data Bank
    Our long standing reputation and regular advertising has produced extensive files of high quality individuals throughout the industry.  These files, are stored on File Finder 2000, a package written specifically for recruitment agencies and tailored to our needs, enabling fast and effective access to many thousands of potential candidates.
  • Advertising
    Where appropriate, we will recommend supplementing other recruitment methods by advertising in trade or national press.  Our long-established reputation ensures a high referral rate.
  • References & Psychometric Testing
    If requested, we will take up comprehensive references and can offer psychometric testing of short listed candidates at a previously agreed fee.
  • Negotiation
    We are able to play a key role in the final process of negotiating with chosen candidates.  Our skill and experience in this sensitive area is extensive and often critical to success.
  • General Consultancy
    We are able to provide a wide range of information and general advice including organisational structure, pension and benefit packages and salary surveys.

    We provide special services for large recruitment programmes, including telephone screening, regional selection centres and rapid response analysis.

Terms and conditions

  • MANAGEMENT SELECTION
    A fee calculated as a percentage of the selected candidate’s first year’s remuneration will be charged for Management Selection.
    Fees will be invoiced upon the formal acceptance of a position by the selected candidate.
  • CANDIDATE REPRESENTATION
    Client’s who introduce candidates to third parties or offer alternative positions, will be responsible for the appropriate fee if such candidates engage for a period of 12 months following the introduction.
  • GUARANTEES
    For Management selection, the guarantee period for a selected candidate is three months.  In the event of a candidate leaving a client’s employ within the guarantee period, and all other terms of the guarantee having been met, we accept full third part responsibility and as such will offer a replacement for the candidate at no further charge, other than agreed advertising costs and disbursements. It should be noted that this guarantee will only operate if all invoices are paid by the client by the due date and provided we are notified within 14 days of the candidates departure. Redundancy or major alterations to the original job specifications or a failure of visa applications against which the individual was employed will obviously nullify the guarantee.


PAYMENT TERMS
All invoices are payable within 30 days of the engagement date.
